"Subscription" refers to a recurring paid agreement for the Services selected by the Customer.

These Terms govern your access to our Website and use of our Services and establish the agreement between You and the Company.
By visiting our Website, registering for a free trial, or purchasing a Subscription, You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services. If You subscribe on behalf of a business or other organization, You confirm that You have the authority to enter into this agreement on its behalf.

Depending on the Subscription selected, our Services may include audience research, professional account audits, personalized networking strategies, account analysis, ongoing optimization guidance, and dedicated growth support.
The specific features included in each Subscription are described on our Website and during the signup process.
Our Services are advisory in nature. Customers remain responsible for implementing recommendations, managing their social media accounts, publishing content, and making business decisions.
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to our Services to maintain or improve their quality, provided that material changes affecting an active Subscription are communicated as required by applicable law.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for or using our Services.
This may include business information, social media usernames, target audience preferences, marketing objectives, and other details reasonably necessary to provide personalized recommendations.
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to Us is accurate and that You are authorized to provide it.
You agree not to use our Website or Services for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
You remain responsible for the security, management, and operation of your social media accounts and for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms You use.
Instagram Account Access
Certain Services may require authorized access to your Instagram account to provide personalized research, account analysis, and ongoing optimization guidance.
Where applicable, your dedicated Growth Specialist will use this access to review relevant account information and develop strategies tailored to your business.
Secure onboarding instructions will be provided by email after signup. You remain responsible for the ownership, management, and security of your Instagram account.
5. Service Delivery
We aim to deliver the Services with reasonable care and skill, based on the Customer's selected Subscription, business objectives, and information provided during onboarding.
The timing and scope of individual deliverables may vary depending on the selected plan, research requirements, and availability of relevant information.
Customers acknowledge that marketing recommendations are based on information reasonably available at the time of preparation and may require adaptation as market conditions or social media platforms change.
Organics Growth does not guarantee specific marketing or business results.
Outcomes such as audience growth, engagement, visibility, inquiries, bookings, sales, or revenue depend on numerous factors, including implementation, content quality, market conditions, competition, and third-party platform algorithms.
6. Free Trials and Promotions
Organics Growth may offer eligible Customers a 7-day free trial or other promotional offers.
A valid payment method is required when registering for the free trial.
No Subscription payment is collected when the trial begins. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected Subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly Subscription, and the Customer's payment method will be charged.
Where an introductory discount applies, the first payment will reflect the promotional price shown at checkout. Subsequent renewals will be charged at the standard monthly price disclosed during signup.
The trial duration, applicable charges, promotional conditions, and renewal schedule are displayed before the Customer authorizes the Subscription.
Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements and may be modified or discontinued for future Customers.
7. Subscription Billing and Renewal
Our Services are offered through automatically renewing monthly Subscriptions.
By subscribing, You authorize our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method according to the billing terms presented during checkout.
Following any applicable free trial or introductory period, your Subscription will renew automatically each month at the applicable rate until canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring that your billing information remains accurate.
If a payment cannot be processed, We may contact You to update your payment details or suspend the Services until payment is completed.
Any changes to recurring prices affecting existing Customers will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their Subscription at any time without a long-term commitment.

Cancellation requests should be sent from the email address associated with the Subscription or contain sufficient information for Us to identify the Customer.
A cancellation request received before the free trial expires will prevent the first Subscription payment.
For active paid Subscriptions, cancellation prevents future automatic renewals. The Customer will ordinarily retain access to the Services until the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation requests are effective when received by Us, subject to reasonable verification of account ownership. We will provide confirmation by email.
Customers should submit cancellation requests before their next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.
Any mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Refund Policy
Subscription payments are non-refundable once successfully processed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
This applies to introductory payments and subsequent monthly renewals.
Canceling a Subscription does not entitle the Customer to a refund for a payment already processed or for unused time within the current billing period.
If a payment was processed incorrectly, a valid cancellation was not honored, or the Services were not provided as required under the agreement, Customers may contact Us to request a review.
We will investigate such requests and provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
10. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, design, branding, and functionality are the property of Organics Growth or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers retain ownership of their own business information, trademarks, and materials provided to Us.
Research reports, audits, strategies, and other materials prepared for Customers may be used by those Customers for their own business and marketing purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute commercially, or exploit our proprietary materials as services offered to third parties without our prior written consent.

Organics Growth operates independently and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, or their related companies.
Our Services may involve research into publicly available information or recommendations concerning third-party websites and social media platforms.
We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, continued functionality, or performance of their features.
Customers are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and applicable requirements of any third-party services they use.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided with reasonable professional care and skill.
However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, We make no warranty that the Services will achieve any particular marketing results, meet every Customer expectation, or remain uninterrupted or error-free.
Marketing strategies, research findings, and recommendations are provided for informational and advisory purposes and do not constitute guarantees of commercial performance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Organics Growth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities arising from the use of our Services.
We are not responsible for independent business decisions made by Customers or for changes to third-party platforms beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
14. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services where a Customer materially breaches these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, or fails to meet payment obligations.
Where reasonably appropriate, We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating Services.
Termination does not affect any rights, payment obligations, or remedies that have already accrued.
Any refund or other remedy arising from termination remains subject to applicable law.
